Will TimesUpp still work as soon as I turn off location services?

No, unfortunately not! When locationservices are turned off, TimesUpp is not able to locate you on the map, it cannot calculate your route and check for any inconveniences on the road. Therefore, TimesUpp will not be able to warn you when to leave!
